Mr. Ae's Noodles, pork or beef, are delicious!

🍜 Nai Ae Noodles, Branch 9

This restaurant is famous for its beef noodles. Today, my office team and I decided to give it a try.
I don't eat beef, but my teammates confirmed that the beef here is truly excellent. It's fragrant, tender, and not tough. The meat is perfectly fatty. My friend ordered glass noodles, which were just the right amount of chewy.

I ordered the all-pork version and chose the flat noodles. The pork was incredibly tender. The sauce on top of the noodles is a secret recipe, spicy but incredibly delicious. Don't miss the crispy pork rinds, sprinkled over the noodles and eaten with the soup. It's the perfect combination.

The restaurant has a simple atmosphere, and you can order quickly without waiting long.
If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try. It's a great place to eat alone or with friends.
