Drive down the road, turn left, and follow the narrower alley until you reach the end. You'll see a shrine. Yes, you can park there and walk to the restaurant. The entrance isn't prominent, but the interior is quite spacious. It's like a floating raft on the water, with wooden tables and a retro atmosphere.
