The Heihe China-Russia "River Crossing Magic Ship" Returns

New convenience has arrived for China-Russia cross-border transportation with the official return of the "River Crossing Magic Ship" hovercraft connecting Heihe, China, and Blagoveshchensk, Russia. This international passage, separated by only one river (about 650 meters), offers a unique experience for Chinese and Russian travelers to "cross the border in 120 seconds"—just the time it takes to count to 120, you can glide from the Heihe port into Russian territory.

The hovercraft, a winter-exclusive cross-border transport, is known for its efficiency and convenience. Passengers can closely experience the exotic charm of the China-Russia border: while gliding over the river, the cityscapes on both banks come into full view; upon arrival in Russia, landmarks such as Blagoveshchensk’s Orthodox Church and Lenin Square are within walking distance. Chinese and Russian tourists can also enjoy cross-border shopping, taste Russian cuisine, and experience the cultural fusion of "stepping across two countries in one step."

Currently, the hovercraft has resumed multiple daily trips, providing flexible options for winter travel. It is expected to operate for about 30 days, with the exact duration subject to weather and ice conditions. Come to Heihe to experience the surprise and romance of this cross-border glide and embark on a unique journey along the China-Russia border!
