POP MART, Siam Square with autistic children

I visited POP MART Siam Square in the evening (around 6:45–7:15 pm) of a weekday, and we were able to walk straight in with no line at the door. Pushchairs can’t go inside, and anyway the entrance is stepped, but staff make this easy—they ask you to leave the stroller at the door with security, and you’re given a numbered tag to collect it afterwards. There were two security staff on duty, which felt reassuring. They helped me lift the double pushchair to the top of the steps to they could have it in a secure area while we went inside.

Inside, even in the evening, there were a fair number of people browsing but it never felt too crowded to move around comfortably. The collection of Labubu figures was really impressive—I had no idea so many existed! The store has two floors, though I didn’t spot an elevator, so it meant using the stairs, which was a bit tricky with two adults and three (autistic) kids, but manageable.

The shop itself is bright, colourful, and fun—definitely exciting for kids and adults alike. Prices were fair, and Labubu figures cost noticeably less than in the UK. It’s also great knowing that everything is authentic, which you can’t always guarantee if buying elsewhere.

Before visiting, I’d read reviews of POP MART stores across Bangkok mentioning rude staff, but this wasn’t my experience at all. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the visit even better.

Overall, POP MART Siam Square is well worth a stop if you’re a fan (or have kids who are!)—lots to see, fair prices, and a really fun atmosphere.
