Praying Erawan 4Face Buddha

Erawan four face Buddha is definitely one of the most recognisable praying site in Bangkok. After 2 1/2 absent from Bangkok, I paid a visit to this site yesterday to pray for health and peace for myself, family, friends and world as a whole. This world need a healing.
It was a little quieter than before, mainly due to the popularity of the shrine among the South East Asia community. As we are just ending the border control, many people still a little reluctant to travel. Hence the crowd was a little quieter.
One very good thing that I noticed here, burning the incense is no longer a practice. We just need to pray and offer the incense, candles and flowers. It is much friendlier to the environment and I believe praying is most important with a sincere heart. Burning is not critical as God also want us to protect the earth.
The dancing of the dancers making offering song and pray to Buddha is still very popular. I am very certain that with a bit of time, this site will definitely be back to its Glory past.
