This authentic khanom bueng is my favorite. I have to say, I'm not usually a fan of khanom bueng because it's too sweet.
But today I found a khanom bueng shop that's won a Michelin award, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the sweet khanom bueng.
I loved it so much I had to buy some to take home.

The cream isn't too sweet, it's a bit creamy.
Young coconut is also added, and it's really soft and smooth.
The sweet shredded egg yolk filling goes perfectly with the cream and young coconut. Not too sweet for me. I absolutely love it.
