The 40th floor rooftop offers a stunning view of the city. Importantly, there's an open-air restaurant and bar, so you can dine even if you're not staying there. It's a city hotel with a lush garden. I really enjoyed the service from the staff. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and there was a wide selection for dinner. It's well worth a night's stay. Convenient transportation and excellent amenities.
