IC Bangkok Sukhumvit and the Presidential Suite

I returned to stay here again, and this time I stayed in the Presidential Suite, the highest room type at the InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit.

The Presidential Suite spans 200 square meters, which is roughly equivalent to six standard rooms combined. This room is located on the 30th floor.

It is a 1-bedroom suite designed in a dark tone contrasted with white and gold, complemented by marble patterns and contemporary Thai decor. It is luxurious and truly fitting as the hotel's top-tier room.

The suite is divided into four main zones:

The first zone is the large outdoor balcony, featuring a jacuzzi for two and a spacious sofa set that can seat about 5–6 people. From this spot, you can enjoy the sunset right in front of the room. It’s even more beautiful at night, offering a romantic city view while soaking in the tub.

The second zone is the large living room. Upon entering the suite, this is the first area you’ll see. It’s a space for relaxing or socializing with friends and loved ones, complete with large glass windows offering an unobstructed view of the Sukhumvit cityscape. This zone provides the best view in the suite.

The third zone is the dining room, located in the center of the suite. It features a large dining table with eight seats, a bar counter, and a pantry equipped for food preparation or cooking. The amenities include an electric stove, oven, ice maker, wine cooler, and a large refrigerator. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom with fully automated fixtures.

The final zone is the bedroom, which includes a spacious walk-in closet connected to both the bedroom and bathroom. The design is very well thought out. Inside the bedroom, there’s a 65-inch TV, a large comfortable bed, and another set of large sofas.

The bathroom is adorned with marble patterns on both the walls and floors, matching the suite’s overall design. It comes with a perfectly sized bathtub and modern bathroom amenities.

This suite also includes a dedicated butler service, which is not available for other room types. Guests also enjoy access to the Club Lounge.
