Barcelona Travel 🇪🇸 How to get metro and bus tickets❣️

Barcelona's tourist attractions are fairly easy to explore on foot. 🚶

However, when you're tired on your way home, want to save time, or want to visit attractions a little further away, the metro and bus are convenient. Ⓜ️

Here's my experience purchasing and using the metro bus ticket I used on this trip. 📝

⭕️T-Familiar ⭕️

・Sightseeing within one month

・Includes 8 rides

・Can be used by multiple people

⭕️T-Casual ⭕️

・Cannot be used by multiple people

・After purchasing a ticket, you can recharge it online from the app or directly at metro station terminals.

Note: 📝: I accidentally washed my ticket and it got ruined... 🧺
But don't give up! 😭
　　　　 I scanned it properly and used it up without any problems. ✨

　　　　Also, there were times when I ran out of tickets for the return trip while on the bus. 💦
In those cases, it's really helpful to be able to charge your ticket online without having to search for a metro station. 🥹

📍Where to buy tickets: Inside any metro station

💰Price per ticket: T-Familiar 12.05€
T-Casual 12.55€

🚌How to use the bus: Touch the panel next to the driver's seat when boarding, then touch again when exiting.

🏖️Sightseeing spots visited: Bus 🚌 → Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Casa Batlló
Metro Ⓜ️ → Palau Güell, Hospital de São Paulo

💞Reason for recommendation: It's cheaper than a taxi and takes you to the sights. 💰
The view from the window is also fun. 😆

⚠️Point: Can you recharge your T-Familiar card? We were confused at the metro station terminal, but a young man approached us and kindly showed us how to buy tickets. We were suspicious, wondering if this was a scam! But they didn't take anything from us, and we were relieved to see they were just nice people. Then, at the end, he said he needed some cash. 😅

Be prepared to buy tickets quickly when you're in front of the terminal❗️
