Tibet's Barkhor Street~~ A great place to eat, shop, and explore.

Barkhor Street is located around the Jokhang Temple
You can always see devotees worshiping there
Although it is in a solemn and sacred area
The street is filled with souvenir shops and trendy stores
Once you step in, you might not want to leave 🤣
I had two meals here
One was a seasonal wild mushroom chicken soup, the rich broth was unforgettable
The other was at the famous internet celebrity restaurant Makye Ame, the lamb chops were finger-licking good
We also discovered a unique roadside shop specializing in potato dishes called Potatoes in Pots
It was a delightful surprise
