We booked the deluxe room here, and it turned out to be such a great choice. The room came with its own private jacuzzi, which already set the tone for a relaxing stay. But what really caught me off guard was just how big the room is — it’s huge. Easily enough space to fit 10 people if you wanted to have a small room party or just hang out comfortably with family. It felt more like a suite than just a regular hotel room.

Cleanliness was on point too. Everything was spotless, from the bedding to the bathroom, and it all felt very well-kept. Sometimes photos online can oversell a place, but this was exactly like what we expected — if not better. You could tell the staff really put effort into maintaining it.

The vibe around the hotel is very much what you’d expect from Shangri-La. Calm, classy, but also welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive without being too much, which made the whole experience smoother. We spent some time just walking around the property, and it’s really beautiful and well taken care of. It gives you that resort feel where you just want to slow down and enjoy yourself.

A big highlight was the BBQ dinner. Definitely a must-try. The food was tasty with a good variety, and the fact that hotel guests get 20% off made it even better. We ended up staying longer at the dinner than we planned because the vibe was just right — good food, good setting, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Price-wise, it’s definitely on the higher side, but that’s expected since it’s Shangri-La. You’re really paying for the whole package — the room, the service, and the overall experience. For us, it was worth it, and we’ll definitely be visiting again.
