I was very satisfied with this stay, and I think it was great value for money.

Location:
Regent Beijing is located at No. 92 Jinbao Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. It is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Wangfujing Pedestrian Street. There are top shopping venues such as the Hong Kong Jockey Club, Oriental Plaza, and Jinbao Place around the hotel, and transportation is very convenient.

Check-in experience:

• Communication in advance: The hotel staff contacted me the day before check-in to ask if I had any special requests. This personalized service made me feel very warm.

• Convenient transportation: The hotel is very close to the subway station, just a 5-minute walk to Dengshikou Subway Station, and there is an airport bus at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient for travel.

• Check-in process: The check-in process was very smooth, and the service attitude was very good, making me feel at home. The hotel also upgraded my room for free, which was a pleasant surprise.

• Room facilities: The room was large, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Four bottles of free mineral water were provided every day. However, the soundproofing of some rooms was not very good, and you may be disturbed by outside noise. It is recommended to communicate with the front desk in advance.

• Dining experience: The hotel breakfast was very rich, with both Western and Chinese options, as well as a buffet. The hotel restaurant and bar were also very unique, especially the lobby bar, which had an elegant environment and was suitable for relaxation.

• Leisure facilities: The hotel gym and indoor swimming pool were well-equipped and had a good environment, suitable for sports enthusiasts.

• Service attitude: The hotel staff were very professional and friendly, making me feel very comfortable.

• Surrounding environment: There were many restaurants and shopping venues around the hotel, making it very convenient to travel.

• Minor drawbacks: Some guests mentioned that the hotel breakfast was not rich enough and the price was relatively high.

Summary:
The experience at Regent Beijing was excellent. Whether it was the service, facilities, or location, it was great value for money. If you come to Beijing, this is definitely a place worth considering.
