I'm introducing a skewer restaurant I visited a few days ago when I was traveling in Beijing, China. There are a lot of local Beijing restaurants near Xinbeiqiao (新北桥, 新北桥), but I visited a skewer restaurant called Xinbeiqiao Kaoyouwei (新北桥烤鱿鱼) that my Beijing native friend recommended.

First, you can choose as much skewers as you want from the display case, and they'll grill them right away. You can choose the spiciness, and I chose a little spicy. Also, this restaurant is famous for its knife-cut noodles (刀削面). Especially tomato egg bibimbap Since the Dosakmyeon (西红柿鸡蛋半面) is famous, I ordered it together.

The skewers came out first and I was eating them. The squid skewers were really soft and delicious, and the pork belly skewers were also completely my style. In particular, the mini red bean bun skewers were perfect for dessert. The tomato egg Dosakmyeon was so delicious that I couldn't help but applaud.
