The Beijing Ming City Wall Relics Park is not only a witness to history, but also a perfect backdrop for peach blossoms in spring.
The full bloom period began on March 23.
At the southwest corner of the city wall and the Dongmen City Wall Relics section, pink mountain peach blossoms complement the mottled ancient city walls, creating a romantic encounter that transcends time and space.
📅 Best time for flower viewing
The best viewing period for peach blossoms started on March 20 this year. As the temperature has risen quickly this year, and it is expected to drop next week, the blossoms may fall soon.
It is recommended to visit in the morning or evening, when the interplay of light and shadow makes the flowers even more enchanting.

📸 Photo tips
City wall + peach blossoms: Shoot upwards from the arrow windows or battlements of the city wall, with the flower branches reaching into the lens, to capture a sense of history.
Overlooking the sea of flowers: Capture the atmosphere of a "flower carpet" from a low angle on the stone road at Dongmen, where fallen petals create a colorful scene.
Close-up shots: Capture the delicate, translucent petals and the tender yellow stamens that resemble sparkling stars.
🍜 Recommended food nearby
After your visit, take a 10-minute walk to Chongwenmen Inner Street to savor local Beijing snacks such as douzhi (fermented mung bean milk) and zhajiangmian (noodles with soybean paste), and experience the vibrant atmosphere of old Beijing.
📝Tips:
Avoid peak hours: Weekends are crowded. Visit on a working day or in the evening for a less crowded experience.
Standing on the thousand-year-old city wall, watching the peach blossoms dance in the wind, you can almost hear the echoes of history whispering with the secrets of spring.
Come to the Ming City Wall Relics Park and capture this beautiful picture of history and nature with your camera! 🌸📷
