If you want to experience authentic Beijing-style copper pot hotpot, this spot by Shichahai Lake is a must! I brought a friend here, and we both left absolutely satisfied — especially since we were lucky enough to get a window seat with a lake view. Watching the spring scenery while the hotpot bubbles away? Perfection. 🌸

This place has been a family favorite since I was a kid — we’ve always loved their beef, lamb, and sesame buns, and the quality has never disappointed. Everything tastes fresh and rich, just like old-school Beijing hotpot should.
