Forbidden City

The Forbidden City, also known as the Imperial Palace, is located right in the heart of Beijing, next to Tiananmen Square, China. This was the palace of the dynasties from the Ming Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty.

The Forbidden City has a total area of ​​720,000 square meters, built over 14 years, including more than 980 large and small buildings and many works inside the city. This place is considered the largest museum in the world, preserving the most important art treasures of the Chinese people.
