Woda Spa and Resort,

#batamguide 3D2N Getaway at Woda Spa and Resort, Batam with Elderly Parents

Warm and helpful staff: The team was consistently attentive and thoughtful, especially in assisting with a wheelchair for my mom whenever we headed out.

Peaceful location: Loved that the resort is tucked away from the hustle and bustle—ideal for a quiet, relaxing break.

Villa experience: Stayed in a 2-bedroom villa with a private pool. Spacious and comfortable, but the linens (bedsheets and bath towels) really need to be refreshed.

Resort condition: The place could use some TLC—small upgrades would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience.

WiFi connectivity: Quite weak throughout the stay. Might be something to improve if they want to attract remote workers or connected travellers.

Spa treatment: The spa was definitely a highlight—relaxing and professionally done. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Breakfast experience:

Decent spread, but several items felt a bit dry.

Toaster was not functioning properly.

Coffee was quite weak—even the Americano with an extra shot didn’t help much. Ironically, the complimentary coffee was stronger.

Overall impression: Despite the few shortcomings, my parents enjoyed the stay and appreciated the quiet environment, helpful staff, and relaxing spa. With some attention to maintenance and quality, this resort has great potential.
