Fantastic Glamping Experience

Lovely glamping tent， service， and food. I stayed here using Marriott points and was upgraded to a tent with a whirlpool. Big thanks for that， and my daughter loved relaxing in the spacious jacuzzi tub. The tent's interior was nicely decorated and the air conditioning was adequately cool despite the heat outside. A small plate with kueh and cookies was a tasty and welcoming touch. The hotel also provided a one-time pack of fish crackers and mint drops in the room. The staff was friendly throughout， from the front desk to the concierge and restaurant. The buffet dinner was buy 3 get 1 free at IDR250K each. Not extensive， but definitely quality. There were stations for cook-to-order pasta and Indomie. The food was delicious， and the iced tea was excellent! Breakfast at the same restaurant was enjoyable too. A la carte dishes were priced well， even cheaper than a neighboring property under the same owner but different management. Good views of the Crystal Lagoon while having breakfast. Sports activities are managed by another operator， with the activities desk at the lobby. Simply ask for a buggy to get there， and the staff are happy to help. Overall， a perfect stay for a night or two.
