Cassia Bintan - A quick getaway

The good:
Service - Staff are generally polite. They smile and greet when they see you.

Activities - Quite a variety of activities such as water sports (kayaking, swimming pool, educational conservation efforts, fishing)

Clean beach - Beach is well maintained. Nice experience to walk along the shores.

The not so good:
Location - Not so accessible. Once you’re in the resort, you’re kinda stuck in the area with no nearby eateries or shopping area except within the resort which has overpriced restaurants food. A simple meal can easily cost you USD25 per pax.

Breakfast - Selection is mediocre. As the cafeteria is open-air area together with the lobby, it is quite disturbing to see flies & birds flying around.

Room - It is generally clean. The only downside was that my faulty door wasn’t able to auto lock when I left the room. Fortunately the staff agreed to change a new room for us.
