Let's eat cold noodles on a hot day!

Ihak Galbi is located in Gyesu-dong, on the border between Bucheon and Siheung. It's near Bucheon Starfield, making it a great spot to visit after shopping.

The main branch is in Jung-dong, and I usually go there whenever I visit my mom's place. It's so convenient to have it near home!

Their lunch special menu includes cold noodles or steamed rice with soybean paste stew as part of the meal! Please note that this menu is only available on weekdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The best dish here is the pork king galbi. However, I went there specifically for the cold noodles, and let me tell you, it's a cold noodle paradise! The noodles are thin, and the seasoning is amazing—truly the best among cold noodle restaurants. You must try it at least once!
