Beautiful summer day in Hemu, Xinjiang

This was one of my favourite spots in my one week trip around Northern Xinjiang. Most tours will include this place in the itinerary as well as an overnight stay in the village itself which is great.

The whole area is quite large and definitely easier to get around the different spots by renting a scooter. Otherwise you can also use the shuttle buses to get around.

While here, I would recommend waking up early in the morning and take a short walk up for the sunrise views, it's beautiful and you get a great view of the whole village from the top.
