It's a brunch cafe run by two sisters who are over 70 years old! I saw the freshly baked traditional Czech bread Trdlo for the first time👀 The owner says that everything from the dough to the whipped cream hamburger steak and hamburger sauce is handmade!!

📝The menu I ordered was
▫️Trdlo Soboro Bread + Cinnamon Bread + Whipped Cream
I ordered the cinnamon bread because I like Soboro Bread & Cinnamon that go really well with Americano! The whipped cream was also made in-house, and it was so delicious because it was not too sweet but light whipped cream🤩💛

▫️Hamburger Steak
Hamburger steak made with two-horned Korean beef + various garnishes + homemade sauce! My boyfriend who loves hamburger steak completely fell in love with it!!! You must try the hamburger steak & sauce that doesn't spare the best ingredients, including the rich, deep-flavored steak sauce!!

▫️Americano
They said they used expensive coffee beans, but it was really strong!
The aroma and taste of the coffee went well with the Czech bread. It wasn't bitter coffee, so I really liked it!
