Craving Eel Rice Bowl or Kaisendon? Visit Moon Sushi!

Lately, the hot weather has been draining my energy, and I found myself wanting something hearty yet mood-lifting. So, I went for my favorite kaisendon! It also reminded me of my winter trip to Sapporo. I enjoyed both kaisendon and eel rice bowl at Moon Sushi, located in Centum City, Haeundae.

Moon Sushi is run by Chef Park Hae-moon, who appeared on the TV show 'Master of Living.' I've been to the main branch before, and this wasn't my first visit, so I knew the taste would be amazing!

The eel was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making every bite delightful. The sweet soy sauce was perfectly absorbed, eliminating any fishy taste, and paired wonderfully with the rice. The kaisendon was topped generously with fresh seafood, including tuna, salmon, sea urchin, and even salmon roe—absolutely my favorite!
