Delicious! It's a pork skirt steak restaurant called Kalmaegisal, and I went there specifically for that.
It's a flavor that's perfect for those who like fatty foods. 😌
Personally, the daeppe seu, which is pork wrapped around shrimp, was absolutely delicious. 💓🥺
The seafood jjigae, packed with chunks of seafood, was also superb. ✨
They don't speak Japanese or English, but they're very accommodating, and we get by with gestures and a translator. ◎

※I learned this at this restaurant, but if you cut king oyster mushrooms crosswise, they turn out like scallops and are delicious. 🤤

I went around 2 a.m., so it was pretty empty, but I heard there's a line at night, so I recommend stopping by for lunch. 🌼
