Morning in Cappadocia

⏰ Wake-up call at 4 AM and transfer to the company's office. Unfortunately, hot air balloons only fly at sunrise.

☕️ A light breakfast (coffee and muffins) accompanied by a pilot's briefing.

🌅 The flight – pure magic, as dozens of hot air balloons rise into the sky alongside the sun over the valleys of Cappadocia. By the way, it's not the pilot who steers the balloon, but the wind. The pilot only adjusts the altitude using a massive gas burner.

💥 Landing – it can be smooth, or it can come with some "adventures": for instance, we landed in a garden, much to the concern of the owner about his potatoes. But everything is safe; the key is to hold on tightly to the ropes in the basket.

🪪 A certificate of aeronautics is awarded with a glass of sparkling wine. Champagne at 7 AM? Why not? A perfect start to the day for a brave sky conqueror!

💡 Tip: If you're planning a flight during peak season (spring to autumn), it's best to book in advance; otherwise, you might end up watching the balloons only from the ground.
