A Once-in-a-Lifetime Hot Air Balloon Experience!

I believe the top tourist activity in Cappadocia has to be watching the sunrise from a hot air balloon! We left the hotel at 5:30 AM and arrived at the balloon launch site around 6:00 AM. Watching the balloon slowly inflate, we were lucky to ascend just in time before sunrise.
Seeing the sun slowly rise from behind the mountains made the long flight to this place totally worth it! The unique geography of Cappadocia, formed by various eroded rocks, combined with the hot air balloons in the sky, creates a truly fascinating scene!
