Waking up before sunrise in Cappadocia feels like a dream. Hundreds of hot air balloons float above fairy chimneys while the sky turns lavender and gold. I watched from my cave hotel balcony, coffee in hand, completely mesmerized. Later, I explored ancient rock-cut churches and valleys filled with wildflowers. The local food — pottery kebab and lentil soup — warmed my heart. Cappadocia is more than beautiful; it’s surreal, like stepping inside a fairytale carved from stone.
