6 star hotel stay experience!! ✨

From the airport pick-up to my arrival at Park Hyatt Jakarta, I was greeted with excellence! The staff knew my name and wore genuine smiles - I was amazed!

The spacious rooms accommodated my request for a quiet, non-train track view, which I appreciated as a light sleeper. Although the absence of Le Labo products was a minor disappointment, the front desk and housekeeping quickly resolved it with remarkable efficiency.

The outdoor-indoor pool was an oasis of relaxation with its temperature-controlled setting. The views of the city, both day and night, offered a blissful escape from Jakarta's hustle and bustle. particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. Sarawsti kindly guided me through the facilities, providing insightful explanations about the changing room and gym amenities.

The aesthetically pleasing breakfast delighted my eyes and tasted good. The service was genuine, and the food was satisfying. Dinner at The Dining Room was also quite good.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service, surpassing any other hotel l've experienced, not only in Jakarta but in my travels. Park Hyatt Jakarta has earned a top spot on my list of favorite hotels.
