Lontong Jakarta

Don’t know what to eat for breakfast at Jakarta?
Don’t worry. There is plenty of portable stall by the roadside outside the hotel.

Today, I was attracted to one of the stall next to POP!Hotel. The makcik @ also known as Ibu, is selling the Lontong and some economy noodles.
I choose Lontong, as I saw the previous client ordered Lontong too, as the appearance look so delicious to me.
It cost me IDR15,000, comes with lemang, dried bean curd, generous vegetables and a hard boiled eggs. The curry gravy and the sambal enhanced the taste of the Lontong. It taste a bit spicy, but bearable.
Complementary hot tea also available at this stall 😊😊
Highly recommended for those who want to try their local delicacies.
