– Sichuanese Pork Intestines, a timeless delicacy.

With over a hundred years of tradition, this traditional recipe from a small waterfront shop in Chengdu has now become one of the most famous pork intestinal porridge shops in the city.

- Made fresh daily – soft and chewy, satisfyingly satisfying from the first bite.
- The pork intestines (pork intestines) are meticulously simmered, leaving no fishy smell, soft and smooth, and not greasy. Even the 麻辣 or 清汤 soups complement them well.

The price is affordable, with a small bowl starting at 15 yuan (approximately 70 baht), and each piece of 节子 is only 3-4 yuan more. We found the bowls to be quite large, enough for two people to eat.
