Guest experience sharing: A short weekend getaway, bringing the kids to a hotel full of pandas ~

Looking for something a little different to do with the kids this weekend? So, we checked into the Crowne Plaza Chengdu Poly Park Hotel. Two adults and two children had so much fun that they didn't want to leave! 🤣
On our first day, we stayed in a panda-themed room. The moment we entered, we were enveloped in cuteness! Panda elements filled the entire space. 🐼 The bedding, pillows, and decorative paintings were all adorable pandas. The little ones' eyes lit up instantly! The warm and playful decor made it feel like staying in a panda paradise. The view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows was so relaxing, and the kids were so happy they couldn't stop jumping for joy!

🏊 Swimming Pool + Beach🏖️

The pool was amazing! The water was clean and the temperature was just right. 🌊 There were instructors on hand for lessons, and the shallow end was perfect for younger kids. Afterward, we could play in the sand on the beach🏖️—a refreshing summer treat!

🎠 Silk Road Cavalry Activity + Fat Da Paradise
I absolutely raved about the Silk Road Cavalry activity! We played Switch motion-sensing games, AR adventures, and even my brother's favorite go-karts! Racing in a mini helmet is so cool! The children's playground features a ball pool and rainbow slide, and my little brother splashed around for two hours without getting tired. It's truly hands-free!

🍽️ Dinner Buffet

A wide variety! Seafood, hot dishes, desserts... everything you need! 🍰 Freshly cut steaks, exquisite Japanese dishes, freshly cut salmon, and even the kids' favorite cartoon-shaped snacks and imported New Zealand ice cream—the kids were completely satisfied! The atmosphere was also wonderful, and we had a lot of fun chatting while eating. It was a true feast for the senses!

🌳 Family Hike in the Back Hills
The hotel's private landscaped gardens are a natural haven of oxygen! Take the kids to the back hills for a family hike. Along the way, you'll be surrounded by flowers and trees, listening to birdsong, spotting insects, and learning about science while having fun. Immersed in nature, your kids will gain both exercise and knowledge—a truly wild and fun experience! The photos 📷 were also super, super, super beautiful. I couldn't help but drag my brother and sister along to take several photos 🤣

Finally, here's a super cool guide to seeing Hua Hua! After breakfast at the hotel, take a 10-minute taxi 🚗 directly to the panda base, allowing you to easily enter before 8:30 AM and catch Hua Hua's prime viewing time!

• Tickets: Book your tickets three days in advance through the "Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding" WeChat mini-program. Tickets are 55 yuan per adult. Students with student ID get a discount. Those over 60 are free, but ID is required. Be sure to grab early bird tickets on weekends and holidays. Tickets go on sale an hour before the park opens at 7:30 PM. Be quick!

• Directions: We highly recommend entering through the South Gate, then exiting Exit A at Panda Avenue Station on Metro Line 3. Take a 10-yuan online taxi, which is 20 minutes faster than walking. Get in line at the South Gate before 6:30 AM and head straight to Villa 6. This way, you can cut your waiting time to see Hua Hua in half! For a panoramic view, enter through the west gate and start by admiring the black swans of Swan Lake. From 7:40 AM to 8:20 AM, the lake is covered in mist, making for stunning photos!
