Doi Him Dao House, sleep and watch the stars at night, Chiang Dao

#Homestay in Chiang Dao, Chiang Mai at "Ban Doi Him Dao" in Ban Mae Sai.

I absolutely love this place! We stayed in the newly opened "Ban Pho Dao" and were able to enjoy the stars to our heart's content.

We were a family of four and the room felt incredibly homey. The beds were comfortable and we could see the sky and mountains from every angle, from the bed, balcony, and even the sink in the morning.

Ban Pho Dao is a bit higher up (a bit of a walk), but it's truly beautiful.

In the evening, we ordered a large barbecue set, set fire to the fireplace, and ate with our family on the balcony. The air and atmosphere were truly wonderful.

When the sky set, we brought mats from the accommodation and lay down to gaze at the stars. The sky was so clear we could faintly see the Milky Way "with the naked eye."

For those who love hiking and adventure, there's a walkway up to the top for a view of the morning mist (though we had a landslide when we went). It was worth it, though.

We'll definitely be back next time. I'm telling myself this in my heart. ✨💚
