Phra That Doi Suthep is a Buddhist temple located in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

The temple is 15 kilometres from the city of Chiang Mai and situated at an elevation of 1,073 meters. From the temple, impressive views of downtown Chiang Mai can be seen.

🚘 Getting there:
Wat Doi Suthep can be reached by car, van or red truck from Chiang Mai city. Highly advice to book a tour if you're visiting for the first time. The roads are steep & windy and its pretty impossible to get up there by motorbike.

You have 2 choices to visit Doi Suthep from the carpark, either climb 309 steps or take a tram for 200 THB.
