Taste Cafe – A Must-Visit for Coffee Lovers in Chiang Mai

After visiting Chiang Mai multiple times, I finally tried Taste Cafe for the first time. I found it through Google Maps, and the reviews were promising. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Their coffee is truly delicious. The Dirty coffee is rich and creamy, the Soft Latte is aromatic and smooth, and their whipped cream is simply the best. Anything with cream = absolutely delicious! Plus, the prices are very reasonable. Americano is only 60 THB (made with light roast beans from Mae Hong Son), and Latte is just 65 THB—great value for money.

🥛 Highly recommend the Honeycomb Cold Brew, which comes with an oat milk option. They also sell coffee beans, which smell incredible.
For non-coffee drinkers, their non-coffee menu is excellent too. Try the Thai Tea topped with whipped cream—it’s so good you’ll want seconds. Truly unique and delicious!

🪴 The cafe’s atmosphere is open, airy, and comfortable, decorated with plants and accompanied by great music. The vibe is fantastic.
However, it’s quite crowded, with people coming and going constantly. If you prefer quiet cafes, this might not be your favorite spot. Many tables are occupied for long periods, so don’t feel bad if you walk in and can’t find a seat.

🚗 Parking is available along the roadside, but be cautious as some spots may risk getting your car wheel locked.

🕐 The cafe is open daily from 7 AM to around 5 PM. It’s located near Chiang Mai University, so there are plenty of students around.
