Atmosphere/Location - Larb Khom Lom Choy Restaurant is located on the same road as Baan Kang Wat and in the same area as Wat Umong. There's a small parking lot in front of the restaurant. The restaurant is easy to find, as it's right on the road. From the outside, it feels like you're in the forest. Inside, the restaurant offers unique seating areas, with indoor tables set into the interior, while the outdoor area is divided into more relaxed, wood-decorated areas.
The restaurant serves local cuisine. We ordered the cooked beef larb, which was incredibly delicious. The unique flavors are unique to the larb, unlike Isaan-style larb, giving it a distinct aroma and a distinct flavor. The spicy beef soup is highly recommended. The beef is incredibly tender, melt-in-your-mouth, and the flavors are well-balanced and sour. And most importantly, the portions are generous. You can order it in a bowl or a hot pot. Another dish we ordered was the grilled pork neck som tam, which was inspired by Korat, but with the addition of delicious grilled pork neck. It was served with hot sticky rice. Everything was delicious. The menu also offers a wide selection of fried dishes, spicy salads, and om soups. There's a wide variety of beef, chicken, pork, fish, and even a special buffalo dish. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and customers keep coming back. If you're in the area, I highly recommend it.
