Singha Park in Chiang Rai Province is a large agricultural and environmental tourism destination located in Mueang Chiang Rai District, approximately 12–18 kilometers from the city center. Covering over 8,600 rai (1,376 hectares), it includes tea plantations, flower gardens, fruit orchards, and various activity zones. Includes a lake and a mini zoo.
Must-try activities:
1. Farm Tour (Garden Tram)
• Service every 30 minutes from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Fare: 50–150 THB per person. Children under 110 cm are free or charged a lower price, depending on the attraction.
• There are stops for taking photos, visiting the garden, and interacting with some animals, such as giraffes, African horses, and swans.
2. Cycling or renting an e-scooter/golf cart
• Cycling trails are 2–10 km long (mountain bikes, children's bikes, and tandem bikes are available).
• Cost: approximately 100–200 THB per hour. (Depending on the species) Helmets included.
3. Relax in the Flower Garden & Photography Lens
• From November to February, beautiful flowers such as cosmos, sunflowers, tulips, and other varieties are in bloom.
4. Zoo & Petting Zoo
• Meet a variety of animals, including giraffes, African horses, Longhorn cattle, monkeys, and other small animals.
• You can purchase food (e.g., bananas for 20 baht) to feed the giraffes or African horses.
