Chiayi Hinoki Village: Taiwan's Little Kyoto

Hinoki Village in Chiayi was originally built as official housing during the Japanese colonial period for the Alishan forestry development. Today, it is Taiwan's first forestry cultural and creative park and is also a designated historic site.
