3-star accommodation, not new but not too old. Small building, no elevator. Walk up to find a public water dispenser, hot water, cold water. We stayed 4 people, 2 beds. The room was not too small. The bathroom was spacious, well separated. But there were cockroaches and some winged animals.
The room did not have air conditioning because it was always cold here. The accommodation provided breakfast coupons to eat at the restaurant outside.
