I found Seed Cafe on a quiet Colombo street and walked into the smell of fresh coffee and warm bread. I ordered a flat white and eggs on sourdough with roasted tomatoes. The coffee was smooth and strong, the food fresh and colourful. The staff were friendly but never rushed me, letting me enjoy the calm space. I left feeling full, relaxed, and ready for the day.
