Still Cafe Dalat ความอบอุ่นกลางหุบเขา

Dalat, a city that everyone who visits must fall in love with. The cool weather all year round, the fragrant smell of flowers, and the tranquility that cannot be found in big cities. For this trip, we intended to travel to “Khu tổ hợp Still Cafe,” one of the famous cafes that is not just an ordinary coffee shop, but a place that truly brings together the gentleness of art, lifestyle, and simplicity in the style of Dalat people.

The journey started from Dalat city. We rode a motorbike through small, quiet streets. It took no more than 15 minutes to reach a group of small shops hidden behind a row of pine trees. Our destination was Still Cafe, located in the “Khu tổ hợp” zone, which can be translated as “the zone of creative shops.” The atmosphere around it was filled with warmth like a small village with bookstores, handmade clothing stores, dessert shops, and of course, our lovely cafe.

Still Cafe is a small, light-colored wooden house decorated in a vintage and Japanese style. Every corner of the shop was intentionally arranged, but not too much, giving the feeling of hanging out at a friend’s house more than a coffee shop. There was soft music, the fragrant smell of coffee, and soft sunlight filtering through the windows.

The menu here is not flashy but full of intention. Strong Vietnamese coffee, special blended teas, homemade pastries and fragrant coconut cakes have become favorites for many people. Importantly, there is no rush here. People tend to sit for a long time, read books, chat quietly or just watch the mist move behind the trees. At Still Cafe, time seems to slow down.
