Xizhou Ancient Town is a quiet and beautiful Bai village near Dali, perfect to visit in spring. The weather is nice, and flowers start to bloom. You can walk along streets with old Bai-style houses and see detailed wood carvings.

Visit the morning market (8 AM–1 PM) for fresh food and local snacks. Don’t miss the Yan Family Compound, a traditional old house with murals. You can also try making Rushan, a local grilled cheese, with a family. Or, you also can experience tie dye-ing in some tie dye houses! So pretty ✨️
