Wudang Mountains in winter🏔️☃️

You can enter the mountain the next day, but only at the entrance.
Other attractions, such as the Jin Pavilion and Zixiao Palace, cost extra.
Itinerary
Day 1: Fly from Shanghai to Shiyan (or take the high-speed rail).
Day 2: Wudang Mountain, Jinding to Nanyan Palace
Day 3: Wudang Mountain, Zixiao Palace to Prince Po to Yuxu Palace

1. Jinding: The Jin Pavilion at the summit. The summit is quite narrow.
2. Zixiao Palace
3. Nine-Turn Yellow River Wall
4. Yuxu Palace (outside the scenic area). Free to walk there.

[Recommended Food]
Everything was delicious, but I realized that Xiangyang has a rich food culture.

It seems you can stay within the scenic area, but I stayed at a hotel at the entrance to the scenic area.

1. To the Summit
While it's common to take the scenic bus up the mountain and then the ropeway,
I walked up after getting off the bus.
I also walked down the mountain to Nanyan Temple. My legs were shaking the next day. 😅
2. Sightseeing Time
I recommend allowing at least one and a half days.
Preferably two days.

It was snowing, so I couldn't enjoy the distant scenery. But it was still a great experience in a different way.
