2024 National Day Exploration of Niche Attractions in Western Sichuan - Part 4.

Today's itinerary: Garze Town - Que'er Mountain Snow Peak Viewing Platform - Yulonglacuo Scenic Area - Dege County - Dege Printing House - Baiyu County. During the itinerary, there are also Cuo Tong Cui Lake, Dangzhencuo, and Cuo'a Town Zaxi Chi Lin, etc. Due to the rain at the time of departure, see Figure 10 for the difference between Cui Lake on a rainy day and a sunny day, so this point was cancelled.
The weather forecast for early morning at 5:00 am is that Garze will be sunny from sunrise to 9:00 am. Our group waited at Yagonlin Wetland Park for the sunrise at Zhuoda La Mountain. The weather in the plateau changes rapidly. When it was just getting light, it seemed that there was still a chance, but at 7:16 am, the time of sunrise, the sky became cloudy and it started to drizzle. After breakfast, it rained all the way. No matter how fast the car was, when we arrived at the Que'er Mountain Viewing Platform near noon, the weather was kind to us and the rain stopped. The howling wind blew away the fog, revealing the true face of Que'er Mountain. Everyone was excited. Yulonglacuo Scenic Area is a few minutes away from the viewing platform. Because it was cloudy, when we arrived at the lakeside, Que'er Mountain was again obscured by clouds and mist. The color of the lake water on a cloudy day is also slightly faster. We didn't stay here for long before it started to rain again. Although it was half price, 70 yuan is still relatively expensive. At 3:00 pm, we arrived at the Dege Printing House. The masters of the printing house did not rest. We watched the entire printing process, from carving the plates, cutting the paper, printing and drying, and washing the plates. It was very interesting. As the fifth day's plan was to walk the "Ganbai Line", we did not stay in Dege for long and headed to Baiyu County for accommodation.
Tips:1. Choose from Yulonglacuo, Cuo Tong Cui Lake and Dangzhencuo. The latter two are currently free of charge, but both are under construction. It is not too far away to collect tickets. On a sunny day, it is recommended to choose Cuo Tong Cui Lake. It is three lakes connected together, and it is only beautiful under a sunny sky. Yulonglacuo can take pictures of Que'er Mountain and the lake surface. The color of the lake water will change with the weather. The three attractions are within an hour's drive.
2. When navigating to the Printing House, do not navigate to "Printing House Underground Garage", it is a pit! It is a distance from the Printing House, and the garage is very difficult to park, especially for off-road vehicles. Navigate directly to the Printing House, the temple has its own underground garage, 5 yuan per hour, 0.5 yuan extra per hour.
3. From Dege County to Baiyu County, it is not recommended to take National Highway 215 or Wangyan Section on rainy days, there are too many falling rocks, driving is heart-pounding.
