Located to the west of the city of Dongxing, Cafe 16% is a great place to spend time chilling out and enjoying a nice coffee and a pastry. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, accessible by foot from the main city centre area, or by car and bus too. Inside, it provides a good selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, coffee, teas and smoothies. There are also a variety of homemade pastries on offer here too! The surroundings are open plan and airy, and the furniture is comfortable and large, great for also doing some work on the computer. Wifi is fast and free to use. All in all, if you are in Dongxing, definitely try and come to this coffee shop as I recommend it to anyone.
