Great Stay with Minor Hiccups

Our stay was fantastic on the whole. There was some confusion about the pool hours—our eButler said 7am， but all the pools open at 9am. The pool by our villa was shallow (1.2m)， and the beachside pool had a similar depth but offered a nice wet deck area. Getting a buggy to Wild Wadi took about 40 minutes， but we arrived by 5pm， just an hour before closing. We loved the ease of exploring the resort and nearby hotels by buggy. Free entry to Wild Wadi and the breakfast buffet at Arboretum were definitely highlights. The birthday and anniversary gestures were a delightful touch. Although the "Happy Birthday" petals were in our room instead of our friend’s， it wasn’t a problem—they also provided cake， balloons， and printed photos， which we appreciated. A couple of minor drawbacks: no bidet spray in the bathroom， and the room was a bit warm at night even with the AC at 18°C. In sum， a wonderful experience in a beautiful resort setting. Highly recommended!
