A Relaxing Stay with Stunning Views

We visited this hotel for a relaxing getaway and it was truly delightful! The hotel itself is gorgeous, with lovely decor and accommodations. The staff is extremely welcoming, amicable, and helpful. We upgraded our Premier Lagoon room to a water villa and were thrilled with our peaceful and spacious decision; it showcased stunning views across The Palm, beach, and water. Geoffrey and Ali served as our villa host and housekeeping, proving to be both friendly and supportive. The food and drinks were excellent, especially at the Mekong restaurant, which had an incredible theme, ambiance, and cuisine. Beach House restaurant was perfect for enjoying large portions at sunset. Our Afternoon Tea at The Lotus Lounge on the first day was fantastic. Revo cafe offered delightful meals and drinks, albeit with a bit of a price tag unless you opt for a half/full board plan. We booked a long tail boat ride with a picnic, allowing us to explore the palm while savoring a coconut—an extraordinary experience. The adult-only beach section was peaceful during our stay, and the lagoon pools were beautiful. We checked out the spa reception but found the prices steep, so we decided against it on this occasion. The only downside was the firm mattress, which we reported; they did try to make it more comfortable that evening. In summary, it’s an exceptional hotel with amiable staff, superb accommodation choices, and great amenities on a scenic beach. We would gladly return, whether as a couple or with family.
