The Crescent Moon Lake is an oasis surrounded by the sand dunes of Mingsha Mountain.

In the shape of a moon, this lake is often called "The First Spring" as it has never dried up since its origin thousands of years ago.

It's beauty is truly entrancing and it is only one of many Gobi desert miracles.
