⛰️ As Hubei's first 5A-level scenic spot, Enshi Grand Canyon has been named "China's Most Beautiful Place" by China National Geography. The canyon stretches 108 kilometers in length and covers an area of 300 square kilometers, even more spectacular than the Grand Canyon in Colorado, USA!
👉🏻 Cliffside Walkway: A Thrilling Cloud-Walking Experience The most leg-weakening part is the 1,700-meter-high cliffside walkway, a "sky corridor" hanging on a vertical cliff, narrow enough for only one person to pass sideways at its slimmest point. Walking on it, beneath your feet is a bottomless abyss, and above your head are blue skies and white clouds, as if strolling among the clouds. Those with acrophobia should consider carefully, but photography enthusiasts absolutely cannot miss it—every frame here is a National Geographic-level scenic masterpiece!
🚶🏻♂️ The entire walkway is about 4.8 kilometers long and takes 2-3 hours to complete. Along the way, you will pass unique stone pillar formations such as "A Stick of Incense" and "Deep Mother-Child Affection." The best time for photography is early morning when the mist swirls, creating a fairyland-like scene. Remember to wear non-slip shoes, and be especially cautious during the rainy season as the walkway can be slippery.
👀 Earth Fissure Wonder: The Mysterious Cracks on Earth's Surface Yunlong River Fissure is known as "the Earth's Most Beautiful Scar." This 7.5-kilometer-long fissure, with a maximum depth of 75 meters, is a classic example of karst landforms. Walking down the fissure trail, the rock walls on both sides are almost vertical, and looking up you see the stunning "a line of sky" phenomenon. It is especially cool here in summer, with average temperatures 5-8°C lower than outside.
Inside the fissure, there are more than ten waterfalls of various sizes, the most spectacular being Yunlong Waterfall, with a drop of over 70 meters. It is recommended to bring a light jacket as the mist near the waterfalls can cause chills. The entire fissure tour takes about 2 hours, with some steep sections, so elderly people and children should proceed according to their ability.
