Running by Erhai Lake in Yunnan

🏖️ As a "half-marathon experience" runner, I was excited to take a morning "walk" by Erhai Lake, which is nearly 2,000 meters above sea level. I started off running at a pace of over seven minutes per kilometer, but soon got distracted by the stunning views and began taking photos. This made the run take even longer than my time in Kunming. Continuous running made me short of breath, but alternating between walking and running helped prevent dizziness.

🏖️ Whether in Kunming or by the beautiful Erhai Lake, you can always see dedicated people cycling on road bikes or running nearby. I can't help but admire their stamina. While I start feeling out of breath after just over a minute of running, they can keep going steadily. 🏃♀️

🏖️ Erhai Lake is truly breathtaking. Its "sky mirror" scenery is captivating, and many tourists gather to watch the sunrise. The area is also surrounded by numerous shops offering local delicacies like mushroom hotpot, grilled skewers, mushroom fried rice, and roasted milk fan. In the evening, there's even a night market. Of course, ordering delivery is also quick and convenient. It's a perfect combination of stunning views and delicious food. 👍
