One day at the Five Lakes of Fuji. Just two hours drive from Tokyo there is a magnificent place!

A small town on the shore of one of the five lakes - Kawaguchiko.
You can get here:
- by bus 🚍
- by train 🚆
- order an individual transfer 🚖
- rent a car 🚘
The most convenient and profitable option is a bus or a train.
Not far from the station you can rent a bicycle, there are electric or regular bicycles available, you can also rent a car, or you can buy a pass and ride buses, there are three popular lines around the lakes
- Red, Green, Brown.
We rented bicycles and explored the surroundings on them, we visited:
- Aokigahara forest
- Dragon cave
- Open-air museum Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato Nenba (Traditional Japanese Village).
It was one of the best days of our trip! I recommend everyone to come here and try to ride bicycles at least a small part of this route.
